For the trial, Jio can partner with Samsung, Nokia Airtel and Vodafone can collaborate with Idea Ericsson. So far, the Department of Telecom has not disclosed about Hawaii whether the company will partner with a telecom service company or not.

After the 5G trial, spectrum auction will be held in October, where companies will be in a better position. The trial will start from Connaught Place, Delhi, and initially, this license will be available for three months and later it can be extended.
